We were invited to @restaurantgaia.mtl for a taste of their menu. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by beautiful decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

We started our meal with the Sashimi Beef, and I must say, the sauce was simply amazing—perfectly complementing the tender beef. The Salt and Pepper Tofu had great flavor and a delightful crunch.

The Deluxe Tonkinese Soup was a highlight, featuring a delicious broth that was rich and comforting. We also enjoyed the Sautéed Chicken with Lemongrass, which came in a generous portion that was both filling and satisfying.

To top it all off, the service was very sweet and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience.

@restaurantgaia.mtl offers a fantastic array of dishes that truly showcase the flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu! 🍜🌟❤️
