We tried the special all dressed with beef, and the broth was absolutely incredible, deeply aromatic, rich with warm spices, and that perfect depth. On a frigid day, it felt like a warm hug in a bowl.

We also shared crispy spring rolls, a juicy grilled chicken plate, and perfectly seasoned chicken brochettes — and thoroughly enjoyed all of it.

We washed that down with a bold and smooth Vietnamese iced coffee, sweetened with condensed milk, and poured over ice for that strong, caramel-like kick. So satisfying.
