Once again we acknowledge that poutine here is held to a high standard, sometimes pushed to ridiculous, overly and needlessly gourmet levels but not here at Maamm Bolduc! Keeping it simple yet incredibly, satisfyingly delicious nonetheless. Exceptional classic gravy, very fresh potatoes and cheese…very creamy exquisite goat cheese. Fast service, cute ecleteic decor, a large but not problematically huge menu and reasonable prices make this perfectly located eatery ideal for any meal of the day!
