We went to @yamaresto by @chefantoniopark and we feel like we had a once in a lifetime experience.
We had the Omakase tasting menu and we’re not sure we’ll ever taste anything quite like this again. Mainly because there isn’t a set list of items for this option (omakase means the equivalent of “I let you decide” in Japanese.) and we love the feeling of a basically personalized meal. One dish was so rare the staff took pictures of it 😂.
Expertly prepared and decorated (check out that gold leaf) every dish looks and tastes like a work of art. You don’t go here to just eat for sustenance, you go to gift yourself an incredible gastronomic experience.

Very quick, dedicated and knowledgeable service. The whole staff seems to know every detail about the food they serve. They seem very well trained overall which adds even more to the elevated feel you won’t find just anywhere.
It is located within the @voguehotelmontreal which is beautiful and, most importantly, extremely clean.
