We were so generously invited to dine at @umamia_mtl, and it was an unforgettable experience! The restaurant boasts a beautiful array of entrées that tantalize the taste buds right from the start. The amazing lobster-infused miso soup was a revelation, and we also enjoyed the crunchy and spicy nori wasabi chips.

One of the unique features of this place is that it’s a bring-your-own-wine spot, which is quite rare in Griffintown, making it a great option for a relaxed evening out. The mocktails were impressive as well, providing a refreshing complement to the meal.

The sushi was nothing short of amazing, featuring creative and complementary flavors that showcased the chef’s talent. The ingredients were super fresh, and the large portions meant we left feeling completely satisfied.

To top it all off, we indulged in exquisite desserts, with the limoncello basil being a standout that I can’t recommend highly enough.
Furthermore, the décor of the restaurant is gorgeous and creates a warm, intimate atmosphere that’s perfect for a date night.
