We saw @wickedsmart_hotsauce for the first time at the @lesfoodiesfestival, and we are so glad we attended.
Trinidad-inspired, gluten-free hot sauces with a perfectly balanced heat-to-flavor ratio.
We were able to try every type of sauce available, and we honestly loved them all. However, we settled on our favorites:

Daphne: an incredible sauce made with raw honey from Ontario and Carolina reapers. Perfect for chicken and waffles or even on pizza.

Màs: the mildest sauce but still bold in flavor. Made with maple syrup, Scotch bonnet, and smoky chipotle. It is exquisite. We would use this one in a burger.

Calypso: Carolina reapers and Scotch bonnet peppers are combined to make a delicious sauce that will set your mouth on fire (which is how we like it).

Each of these sauces is amazing on different types of meals, so we feel like we covered all our bases with this selection.
