As hot sauce lovers we could not just keep walking. Especially not when offered samples.

We tried the hottest sauce available : “Je m’excuse d’avance” (“sorry in advance”) a sauce with so many delicious ingredients including papaya, passion fruit, guava and soursop. All of which fill your mouth instantly with the creamy texture of the sauce and lull you into a VERY false sense of security as the Carolina Reaper makes its entrance a second later and you fight to stay on your feet. This sauce is no joke. It’s made for hot sauce lovers by hot sauce lovers. Of course, we had to buy a bottle.
