We visited @roxyfocaccia to celebrate the opening of their brand-new St-Zotique location, and what a triumphant debut it is! Their sandwiches are nothing short of full-hearted masterpieces—packed to the brim with vibrant, flavourful ingredients and stacked atop their incredible in-house focaccia: fluffy, fragrant, and baked fresh every day.

We opted for the two seasonal creations, each one a story told between slices of warm bread. The Speck-tacolo transported us straight to the northern mountains of Alto Adige—a perfect balance of savory elegance and alpine comfort.
Meanwhile, the Zia Zucca stole our hearts with its beautifully balanced squash and hot honey pairing, a combination so harmonious we were instantly obsessed.

The décor deserves its own moment: slightly vintage, quietly grandiose, and absolutely fitting for sandwiches of such behemoth proportions. It’s the kind of space that feels both nostalgic and new.

This is a spot we’ll be returning to again and again—because @roxyfocaccia shot straight to the top of our sandwich list. 🥪✨
