We recently visited the St-Hubert location of @sansoteiramen on the south shore of Montreal. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a wonderful aroma that set the stage for what was to come.

The generous portions of ramen were impressive; we found ourselves unable to finish our bowls. The broth was flavorful, rich, and comforting, while the noodles were well-made and had the perfect texture. Every slurp was satisfying, and they certainly hit the spot for our ramen craving.

The menu offers a wide variety of options, ensuring that everyone can find something they love. In addition to the ramen, we also tried several appetizers. Each dish brought its own unique flavor and texture, making for a well-rounded dining experience.

To top it all off, we couldn’t resist ending our meal with a slice of cheesecake for dessert. It was the perfect sweet finish to an already fantastic meal.
