For our 5th @lapoutineweek Poutine we took a little drive up to the closest location of @fromagerievictoria in St-Jérôme.
Our logic was that a fromagerie would make decent poutine and in this case we were right.
Mac n’ Cheese, bacon and perfect, gigantic cheese curds. Can’t go wrong with that. The poutine sauce is unique. Richer, thicker and darker than the classic, typically used sauce.
The only complaint, if any, is that we would’ve wanted more of the toppings.

We noticed that this location was extremely clean, like, ridiculously clean. It did not feel like a fast food restaurant at all. It also included a little boutique of their products 🧀 (where we bought cheese, obviously) and a bar laitier 🍦
