We have been waiting for an excuse to use the word “opulent” in our descriptions and we think we finally found it. We had to make reservations in October (Seriously.) so we expected opulence and that’s exactly what we got. Rich, flavourful meals with creative recipes and balanced ingredients. A decadent “cabane à sucre” feel with a hint of maple in every dish, sauce and even some drinks. Foie gras galore in almost every item (even though it has the word “cochon” 🐖 in the name 🤔) and wonderfully delicious appetizers – explosions of flavours on your tastebuds that will have you wanting to try everything but beware : leave room for dessert or you’ll be force feeding it to yourself 🦆
