We love trying new places, and it doesn’t get much newer than @palominopsc, which has only been open for a couple of weeks. Our friends at @knoxmtl have brought us several delicious varieties of pizza al taglio, and we were there for it ASAP. We decided to try:

• Vodka Rose: a mouth-watering, tangy, and creamy rose tomato sauce.
• Spinach Ricotta: fresh spinach and a rich, luscious ricotta. This one was our favourite.
• Potato & Onion: caramelized onions with a unique savory and sweet taste.

All of these were made with quality ingredients and an excellent, moist, soft  crust.
To top it all off, they gave me a fantastic homemade spicy honey bomba. We were told there are plans for more types of pizza in the future, including a weekly special, so we will need to return!
