We finally got to try @luluspastabar, as we were invited to enjoy some creamy, delicious pasta in a cup.
The freshly made semolina flour pasta, served in a 250g portion that seems smaller in pictures than it is (we weren’t able to finish 3/4 of it), boasts 30g of protein and a list of vitamins and minerals not typically found in pasta served in North America.

We tried two items from the “créations de Lulu” part of the menu, and you’d definitely be delulu if you didn’t love them. Obviously, we had to get the Creamy Cheeseburger, and we also tried the Creamy Chicken Chipotle. Both were satisfying, luscious, and delectable.
We love the concept of a pasta bar, and we’re not alone because the place was full to the brim with people trying to get their pasta fix at the giant cup-shaped counter (which we also loved).
They also serve desserts that include lemon cake (which we tried, and it was great), Nutella cornetto or cannoli, and some alcoholic drinks.

If you, like us, have been noticing a lot of hype since they opened and are wondering if it’s justified, the answer is yes. The hype is real, and we will be back (with more people) to try more of their menu.
