With a very diverse and creative, artisinal style menu almost every adjective to describe good beer can be used here. A complex and robust dark beer matured in scotch-soaked oak paired perfectly with the excellent BBQ sauce and local Oka cheese of the “burger du monastère d’Oka” while the lime, orange peel, agave syrop, coriander and pink Himalayan salt “Gosa’Rita” was refreshing on a warm summer day accentuated by the smell of the sorrounding nature.
