As the summer starts to wind down, @janine_mtl emerges as a breathtaking revelation. In a summer filled with a dozen new ice cream shop openings, they undoubtedly reserved the best for last.

We sampled the twist of blueberry sorbet and spruce shoot gelato. An unparalleled intensity of fruit flavors, so vibrant that one could argue it tastes more profoundly of blueberries than blueberries do 😅

The gelato was remarkably creamy and silky smooth. Frankly, it has set a new benchmark for what we should expect from this beloved summer treat.

This experience blew us away;  @janine_mtl is a destination that every ice cream enthusiast should discover. We can’t wait to try their future flavours
