We couldn’t miss the chance to visit yet another ✨NEWLY OPENED✨ ice cream joint (what is this, like, the 7th one this year?), and this time it was @d.a.l.m.a.t.a. This delightful new spot is brought to us by the team behind @canadasbest100 ‘s new restaurant, @leviolonmontreal, no less, and anticipation was high on its opening day.

Fortune seems to already be smiling brightly on @d.a.l.m.a.t.a, as Day 1 could not have presented a more appropriate occasion for ice cream 🔥

Despite only trying the one flavour we could taste a very natural quality that showcases deep, rich, and natural flavors. It was a refreshing departure from the commonplace.

The parlor itself is adorned with an adorable, almost whimsical pastel-colored decor that added a playful, semi-vintage charm to the setting.

It’s a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in quality flavors in a beautifully inviting environment. We look forward to seeing how this new spot will flourish in the vibrant and recently more populated Montreal frozen treats scene! 🍦🌈✨
