We made it just in time to this lovely, quaint shop (as part of our 6 in ice cream stops in 1 day end of season tour) and thank the ice cream gods we did. Subtle and simple in appearance the treats served here are anything but. A very passionate proprieter will present you your choice with a full description of ingredients and quality of his incredible product made with love. All natural, top bottom, gluten free and vegan, the sorbets have the consistency of frozen spring snow ( like the maple taffee at la cabane à sucre!) almost slushy and so fresh. As is the chocolate – so luscious, thick and creamy – a very deep, rich chocolate flavoured silky custard. All of this had us yelling “more cowbell!”
