After years (literally) of hearing about Hungry Diana’s legendary dumplings, we finally decided to order a batch (actually, three). Following the specific and well-explained instructions provided on the little card she includes, we set out to recreate this masterpiece in our own kitchen.

We made the dumplings crispy on both sides, resulting in a beautiful browning that added a delightful crunch to each bite. The intoxicating smell of the delicious dumplings filled our kitchen while we eagerly prepared them.

As we took our first bite, we were greeted by perfection – not too bready, with a generous amount of wonderful filling. Each mouthful was a burst of flavor that left us craving more, a testament to Hungry Diana’s culinary expertise.
