We don’t frequent many restaurants of this caliber but, once in a while, a celebratory splurge is enjoyable.
@restaurant_toque has been creating dazzling dishes made with local, fresh ingredients of the highest quality, for 30 years.
Every dish is like a work of art that invigorates almost all the senses (don’t eat with your hands). The perfectly balanced, multi-layered, complimentary, harmonized flavours in every course knock you off your seat.
Very close attention is paid to the last element by a very knowledgeable, quick but calm and unrushed, engaging staff. They are also very accommodating to dietary restrictions. We may not come back for a little while but we most certainly loved our experience

Ordered : Seasonal Dégustation Menu – Including (what we remember) : Sept-îles shrimp and asparagus puré, Lobster from gaspesie, Scallop from Nova Scotia with tomato puré and vermouth sauce , Sirloin From Ayer’s cliff.
