We recently had the chance to be invited to the new downtown location of @madamepoulet_canada, their fifth store !

Madame Poulet uses only fresh, free-range chicken from Quebec, raised without antibiotics and never frozen. This dedication to sourcing makes a noticeable difference in the flavor of their fried chicken.

We opted for a Louisiana Burger, and it was incredibly well-cooked—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It had an almost homemade taste, making each bite a delight. The portions are impressively large, so you definitely won’t leave hungry!

The menu offers a fantastic variety, including not only fried chicken sandwiches but also burgers, mac and cheese, and an array of delicious sauces, from MP’s signature sauce to ranch, spicy nacho, and classic BBQ. And if you’re feeling adventurous, you can even try their poutine topped with fried chicken, or indulge in one of their delicious milkshakes.

@madamepoulet_canada was a treat, and we can’t wait to return to explore more of their menu.
