@fuwafuwapancakes has finally come to Montreal, and we were very excited to be there for it prior to their August 24th Grand Opening to try out their fluffy, jiggly treats!

At @fuwafuwa.montreal, we had three types of their famous handcrafted soufflé pancakes, and each of them was airy, bouncy, and very light. We were surprised at how easy they were to eat.
Everything is made in-house, very fresh, and uses 100% Canadian eggs.

We sampled some of their drinks—a very refreshing lavender/strawberry iced tea and a satisfying matcha/strawberry latte.

They also serve burnt-top cheesecakes, coffees, savory pancakes, and croffles!  Sweet croffles with creamy and/or fruity toppings and savory ones like the delicious ham and cheese one we enjoyed.
The alluring, clean, and bright décor and friendly service rounded out a great first experience, and we can’t wait for them to be officially open so we can go back for more!
