This weekend we had the pleasure of sampling @maisonlechene‘s “Chambre Noire”, where sophistication meets the artistry of craftsmanship. This remarkable libation seamlessly blends the richness of Nicaraguan coffee beans with handmade, artisanal vodka, resulting in an exquisite drinking experience.

Crafted with precision, each sip unveils a rich, vibrant flavor profile showcasing the depth and complexity of its carefully selected ingredients. A touch of Quebec maple syrup adds a subtle sweetness, harmonizing beautifully with the powerful character of the spirit.

Truthfully, I am not particularly fond of vodka or coffee; however, this creation has captivated my palate.
It is remarkably balanced—bold enough to awaken the senses yet elegant and refined.
