After trying their cod croquettes last week at another restaurant, we just had to go to the source, @lacroqueteriademontreal, and experience more of their delicious creations. This is the first and only Spanish croquette restaurant in Canada, and it’s a true gem!

We decided to indulge in some burgers that sounded divine—and they were even better than we imagined. The Ham-Burger featured a crispy ham croquette on brioche bread from @hofkelsten, topped with tomatoes, piparras, lettuce, and slices of ham. We can’t describe how incredible and satisfying this was!

The second burger we tried was an onion soup croquette, with mustard and pickles, which left such a lasting impression that I’ll be dreaming of it for a while 🤤🤤

They also serve an in-house fermented lemonade that was so refreshing; we absolutely loved it.

We appreciated that they insist on using all organic produce, nothing processed, and you can truly taste the quality.

Sadly, after a decade of making croquettes, @lacroqueteriademontreal will be closing in mid-August. Before that happens, we highly encourage you to pass by and try for yourself. Don’t miss it!
