Close your eyes and imagine the quintessential, traditional cabane à sucre with the most perfect classic food, ambiance and service. You just imagined Au Pied de L’Érable.
We could not envision a more superb, authentic sugar shack experience. Even though we literally went on the last weekend available; we were very impressed.
A straight forward menu full of all the standard elements is just what we were looking for. No trying to reinvent the wheel. No high end, expensive restaurants that happens to be surrounded by maple trees.
The impeccable super fast and efficient service is out of this world, every dish was served, removed and replaced with expert timing.
From now on, any time someone asks us which Cabane à sucre we would recommend we’ll tell them – Au Pied de L’Érable.
