Do they call it a smash burger because of the way it’s cooked or because of how you smash it in your mouth from how good it is? In any case, this one is both.

For being relatively new (ish) @doubleslatenight is decorated as an old neighbourhood dive bar. Playing alternative rock, showing sports (mostly football right now), pool table, the decor overall, graffiti all over the entrance wall… This place is a vibe.
But the real star of the show for us was the Michigan Olive Burger. We were told why it’s called that but tbh.. we forgot. But nonetheless it is wonderful.Very large, and yet we kinda wanted another one. Juicy, moist, just the right amount of light bread, lovely sauce and did we say… Very large?
It’s worth visiting for this burger alone.
