I bet you’ve never been here! That’s probably because @restaurantcartierarms has been open for about… 2 weeks? A new venture from the Burgundy Lion group located within the Hyatt Centric hotel, this beautiful restaurant has an impressive selection of spirits where you can give your best James Bond impression by building your own martini. 
With a very friendly and helpful staff, that also apparently create their own cocktails and seem to have a vast knowledge on the history of drink mixing, our experience was very pleasant!
