It is italian custom to eat Zeppole to celebrate San Giuseppe (Saint-Josephs day) and we were told (by multiple people) the ones here at @patisserie.tillemont are the best and if they are not we would really need to try whoever thinks they can do better…

These were not just the best zeppole we’ve ever tried… But the best pastries period.
We showed up early and got them made fresh and we can’t even describe the heavenly, moist yet flaky, just exquisite goodness we experienced. We don’t want to sound like the typical hype food blogger (“Omg guys! Stop scrolling! I’m literally obessesed!!! These are to die for!!” ) but…. Well, 👀 yeah.
Absolutely out-of-this-world incredible.

Now, we understand there’s some debate whether they are better filled with Ricotta or Custard. BestQuests™ is not afraid to take a side and although the custard ones were fantastic and the cherry on top was delicious… We have to say they were still not comparable to the vastly superior Ricotta filling. However, we invite you all to decide for yourselves today!
