The definition of “made with love” the creation of these heavenly pastries is almost magic. Beyond description (but we’ll still try) tasting the croissants is like kissing a very delicate, buttery, flaky cloud. The ridiculously delectable, rich, adequately sweet Kouign-amann stays astonishingly fresh for a truly impressive amount of time (we tried it immediately after purchasing and then again over 36 hours later and it tasted the same!! 😲) A must try and repeat many times over.
