Loooooove that babka. Such a moist dough, a rich delicious chocolate with a perfect balance of sweetness you can eat more of without ever getting tired of it. You can’t beat a babka. If you happen to be invited to a dinner party and you don’t drink wine (you drink pepsi!) or think that ring-dings are better than anything you’ll find at a bakery, stop, do yourself a favour, put on your gore-tex coat, pass by @hofkelsten and pick up one of their scrumptious mini babka… Or two. Yes, another babka. ( and pretty much anything else they have it’s all incredible).
