The word “Bête” is quite accurate here. With many delicious treats to choose from we decided on one of our favourites – lemon meringue. A very fluffy yet creamy almost marshmallow-y meringue covers a refreshing lemon filling that is just the perfect balance between sweet and sour ; all supported by a solid but crumbly crust that made this beast a lovely evening dessert.
