We were delighted and grateful to be invited by @moetreal.ca to an amazing gluten-free brunch hosted by @promiseglutenfree.
Although we weren’t required to make a post, we genuinely enjoyed this product so much that we’re doing it anyway.
A little backstory: my brother has celiac disease. Therefore, for the last 12-15 years, the whole family has been involved in a quest for the best gluten-free items. So, when I tell you this bread is good, it’s good. I’ve tried so many and this ranks among the top, if not the top.
@promiseglutenfree bread is consistent, moist, it doesn’t crumble, and it doesn’t taste like cardboard. They’re high in fiber and low in sugar. They don’t make the mistake most gluten-free products make by trying to mask the taste with an excess of another ingredient (like a spice or sugar).
On top of that, they gave us several of their products as a gift to bring home. Very generous and very appreciated.
