We happened to be on the south shore this past weekend and were in the mood for a latte. Since we had visited @cafe.kuya before, we knew where to go.

While we were there, however, we saw a sign for Ube Cheesecake and serendipitously discovered @5thfloormtl.
We brought home their beautiful, 4-inch, nut-free, peanut-free, and lactose-free cakes (we got both Ube Halaya and Mango Passion) and couldn’t decide which one we loved more. They are as delicious as they look.

They are only available at partnered restaurants, and we will be looking out for more of their tasty treats from now on!
