@pastavitaaa may appear intimate and humble at first glance, almost hidden on Côte-des-Neiges—but don’t be fooled. Behind its modest exterior are some epic pasta dishes that are anything but subdued.
We began with the truffle carbonara. Deeply savory, luxuriously rich, and irresistibly velvety, the sauce clung to each strand of pasta with perfect balance.
Next, the mac & cheese—because how could you not? This was comfort food perfected. Creamy, smooth, cheesy goodness. Each forkful was decadently satisfying.
We also had the pleasure of trying one of their newer menu additions: paninis. The ham panini with ricotta and homemade sauce was absolutely crave-worthy. Generously filled and layered with flavour, it struck that ideal balance between hearty and refined. We could happily enjoy this every single day.
Of course, everything was accompanied by the essential garlic bread—which we also loved.
What truly impressed us is how filling each dish was. They are far more satisfying than they appear, offering remarkable value. You leave not only delighted by flavour but genuinely full and content.
If you find yourself in Côte-des-Neiges with a craving for soul-warming pasta, this charming spot deserves a visit. It’s proof that sometimes the most unassuming places serve the most memorable meals.
