@rollys.mtl is opening its doors this weekend, January 17th and 18th.

✨ To start things off, the first 100 customers each day will receive a free cinnamon bun.✨

The buns themselves are impressive in both size and quality. They’re baked fresh, generously portioned, and topped with ingredients that are all made in-house. The variety makes it hard to choose just one. 😅

What really stood out was the attention to detail. Each bun is individually wrapped so flavours don’t mix in the box. It’s a small touch, but one that shows how much care goes into the experience.

Beyond the sweet rolls, they’ll also be offering savory options like pesto sun-dried tomato and chicken rolls, which we already plan to return for. There are also various beverages you can order to accompany your roll. We opted for hot chocolate, and it was rich and comforting, most importantly – real chocolate, no powder.

If you’re curious, go early this weekend. It’s new, thoughtfully done, and genuinely good.
