Anytime a new burger spot opens, you know we have to check it out. So on a dreamy, snowy afternoon in TMR, with Connaught Park as our backdrop, we made our way to @broger_vmr—and it did not disappoint.

This place has all the right components: a soft potato-roll bun, melty cheddar cheese, and a perfectly cooked patty that’s both crispy on the edges and juicy inside. Their signature “Bro” sauce ties everything together with just the right touch. Paired with a solid poutine and a drink, it makes for a deeply satisfying lunch.
