While @sushitaxi is definitely not what you would qualify as “traditional” it doesn’t make it any less delightful. A distinctive and unexpected mix of flavours that should be considered bizzare, yet are not, with creative presentations of fresh ingredients produces a delicious fusion we did not plan to cover, but were surprised to thoroughly enjoy.
