We ventured east in Tétreaultville to try a new burger experience, partly created by the renowned @simon_delest—@la_mecque_du_hambourgeois! This elevated burger joint has quickly made a name for itself in the area.
The dry-aged beef they use boosts the flavor profile, and although the burger may appear simple, it has incredibly complex flavors that will excite your palate. They also ask you how you want your burger cooked—which is unheard of here.
We tried the fried Brussels sprouts, and they were a revelation! Crispy and full of flavor, and a gourmet potato salad you wouldn’t find at your aunt’s backyard summer picnic, they both made an excellent side dish.
The drink menu features a great selection of local beers and fantastic cocktails. We couldn’t resist trying the desserts, and the caramel-covered carrot cheesecake and black forest cake were both divine—an absolute treat to end our meal!
The relaxed, laid-back decor adds to the overall inviting atmosphere, making it a great spot to enjoy a casual meal with friends or family.
@la_mecque_du_hambourgeois is a fantastic and very unique addition to the burger scene! 🍔🍻✨
