We ventured outside the city again this weekend to visit @cabaneducoureur. This gourmet cabane à sucre puts a creative twist on traditional sugar shack food, elevating classic dishes while still honoring their roots.
Every menu item we tried was expertly crafted and absolutely delicious. The portions were very filling and satisfying, making it clear that they prioritize quality and quantity. The dishes not only showcased familiar flavors but also introduced some unique creations.
To top it all off, the unique desserts offered a wonderful finish to our meal, rounding out the experience beautifully.
Of course, we had tire à l’érable sur la neige. Served on a tongue depressor instead of a popsicle stick, and the portion was impressively huge! It was thick and rich in flavor—the essence of maple goodness. 🍁
Oh! And they also have an alpaca and some goats to feed. We like that. 😊
