It is once again that time of year where we eat our weight in traditional Québécois food and try not to fall asleep in the car on the way home from a severe case of maple-induced food coma.
Having the opportunity to indulge in the liquid nectar of the sugar maple tree is one of the benefits of living in this part of the world, and we thoroughly enjoyed it again this year at @erabliere_sous_bois!

We went on Day 1—They had everything we wanted and more. Great, friendly service, many products to buy, and all the food was “à volonté.” And our volonté was pretty high 😁 —it was all delicious. A surprise standout was their tarte gruau (groat sugar pie), which we really loved. Of course, we had the necessary tire d’érable sur la neige, which never gets tiring.

This visit also marks our 750th Quest 🎉🎉
