We crossed the bridge to the South Shore and as we were invited to @swaad_mtl, now the largest Indian restaurant around Montreal.

The space itself is striking — the walls are alive with beautiful hand-painted murals. We were served dish after dish of wonderful items that weren’t afraid to bring the spice!  Samosas that surprise you with how generously they’re filled, curries layered with real spice and depth, every dish carrying the precision and warmth of home cooking elevated to something memorable.

A new menu launch pushes that spirit even further — bold flavors, confident seasoning, and a clear respect for authenticity without compromise. We loved our experience here
