We went to @elpatrontaqueriabar on a whim — and it turned out to be one of the best spontaneous decisions we’ve made in a while.

The festive atmosphere hit us the second we walked in (there was a baby shower happening) and, at one point, about 15 guys rolled in, did a round of tequila shots, and left like a scene out of a movie. Clearly, this is the spot if you’re looking to party.

But don’t be fooled — the food here is no joke. No unnecessary bells and whistles, no fancy plating. Just straight-up delicious tacos and very strong drinks (seriously, they don’t mess around with the pours here).

We especially loved the birria tacos — absolutely loaded with cheese and easily some of the best we’ve ever had. Every dish we tried was flavorful, filling, and made with care.

Service was also top notch — warm, fast, and attentive, even with the party vibes in full swing.

Whether you’re coming for the tacos, the tequila, or both, @elpatrontaqueriabar brings the heat.
